Payment & Refund

Payments for Opalwood Art Studio services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on opalwood.sbs.

• When reading payment guidance on this site, mention that page name in your hello@this site subject so Opalwood Art Studio routes it correctly.
• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from hello@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on Ireland norms.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.

• Refund requests should include booking date, service name, and contact details used on this site.
• Charge disputes should first contact hello@this site so we can reconcile invoices against studio logs.
• Prices shown in conversation are in local currency for Cork unless otherwise stated.

Most payment start with a short written brief at Opalwood with scope confirmed on paper before work starts. Country context: Ireland Desk near 91 Father Mathew Quay.

Written care notes follow every adult art handoff here and favour fewer parallel jobs during busy weeks. Plain English intake — no generator jargon on the ticket.
